Processing times vary based on the collection and specific orders.
Made-to-order pieces and Custom Orders can take anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks (depending on complexity) while Ready-to-ship products will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer shipping through reputable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
Exact shipping times will depend on your selected service.
Typical U.S. delivery windows:

International shipping may take 10–25 days depending on customs and location. We are unable to ship to countries that are currently sanctioned by the US Government., including, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, and the Crimea region of Ukraine.
