1. Overview
Each piece we offer is crafted with intention — from handloom couture to artisan accessories. Because of the handcrafted nature of our collections, certain items are non-refundable. This policy explains what qualifies for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.
Alternatively, we encourage visiting us at a Craft Fair or a Location where our products are available for sale.

2. Items Eligible for Return or Exchange
Eligible ONLY IF:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery

The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging

You provide proof of purchase
If approved, we may offer:

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our work, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
A. Fallen Angel Collection — Couture
These pieces are made-to-order or handcrafted in limited runs using artisan techniques.
All couture sales are final.
B. The Eccentric Collection — Accessories & Jewelry
For hygiene, craftsmanship, and limited-edition reasons:
All accessories, jewelry, and artisan pieces are final sale.
C. Custom, Personalized, or Commissioned Work
This includes:

Custom visuals

Portraits
-
Film or media work
-
Tailored garments
-
Bespoke accessory pieces
No refunds once a custom project or commissioned artwork has begun.

D. Digital Products or Downloads
If applicable in the future — all digital goods are non-refundable. If issues with download arise, we will work with you to ensure digital delivery – it is as easy as sending it via email.

E. Food & Beverage (Rangeela by Mani)
For health regulations, all food-related sales are final.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with:

We will review and provide a solution quickly.

5. Returns Shipping
If a return is approved:

We will provide instructions on where to send the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
6. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production, customization, or fulfillment has begun.
For couture or handcrafted items, cancellations are not permitted after purchase/deposits.
